Nebbiolo 2007	$ 24.00
	Nebbiolo is considered one of the world's great wine varieties. It originates in Italy at the foot of the Alps. It is moody and unpredictable while undergoing typical cellar and aging procedures. Our Nebbiolo, full of fresh red fruit, violet, a tint of liquorice and chewy tannins delivers on both the nose and the palate. It is enjoyable in its youth and capable of refinement with extended aging. Mature wines display a brick-red/garnet hue and offer an enticing bouquet of dried roses and violets.

	A well known mix of Shiraz and Grenache. Ideal in Summer. Will make you feel like spending time in France on the Côte d’'Azur!

Shiraz 2004	$ 24.00
	A taste of ripe fruit, a fleshy mid palate, soft tannins and a kick of American oak give this wine its elegant characteristics . It is delicious with lamb, beef, duck and goose in complimenting their somewhat heavier flavours.
Shiraz-Viognier 2004	$ 24.00
	The addition of Viognier to the Shiraz brings life to the palate. Musk, apricot, floral notes, spice and aromatics combine to release a powerful and beautiful perfume. This wine, which rested in old oak for one year will age beautifully. Selected in Winestate Magazine 2006 as one of the best Australian Shiraz Viognier and received 92/100 in the James Halliday Wine Guide.
Semillon 2006	$ 18.00
	This is a lemony, crisp and lean wine when young. However the wine undergoes a transformation with age, evolving into a complex, nutty, honeyed wine of great depth and complexity. Delicious with seafood and fish or even a nice salad.
Tempranillo 2005	$24.00
	Tempranillo is Spain's noble grape. This is a light bodied young wine with juicy strawberry and summer fruits flavours. This smooth and elegant wine is capable of long aging and developing sensuous notes of vanilla, cedar and soft spices. It goes well with tapas, those delightful little snacks served in Spanish bars: A little plate of olives, some prawns, some slices of smoked ham or of Chorizo sausage.
Semillon-Sauvignon Blanc 2005	$ 22.00. SOLD OUT!
	This wine is fresh and vibrant, deeply concentrated and powerfully flavoured with intense grassy, green bean characters and a hint of minerality. It has finesse, lively juiciness and taut zesty acidity. Ideal with fish and seafood.
Semillon Reserve 2006	$ 22.00
	Similar characteristics than the Semillon, but on French oak for 18 months. Hunter Valley style wine. Will age and evolve with elegance. Complex and deep flavours. This is a wine for the connoisseur.
Viognier 2007	$ 20.00
	Our Viognier is made in a light dry style with rich and intense flavours. It has complex aroma of apricots mixed with orange blossoms and acacia and is low in acidity. It seems to appeal to the typical Chardonnay drinker. Spicy dishes, such as spicy oriental stir-fry’s and even curry, especially Thai-style which is made with coconut milk, may be accompanied and complemented by Viognier.
Merlot 2006	$ 16.00
	Merlot is the most planted grape variety in the Bordeaux region. It likes rocky grounds and does very well in our clay based soils. Our Merlot has the traditional smooth plum aroma mixed with bay leaf and caramel. The hint of coffee and truffle will be enhanced through aging.
